New Zayed City is one of the most recently built high-end residential areas. New Zayed is considered the western geographical extension of El Sheikh Zayed City. The new city spans a land area of 21000 acres with its first phase taking up 8000 of those acres. Thanks to its being a luxurious area and to its including and offering high-end facilities, New Zayed City became very popular and a resident-attractive city. The city enjoys a very strategic, connecting location to Zayed that opens it up to the city’s main facilities.
